Abstract
The research is of a correlational type. The statistical population of the research consists of all current students of Kabul University of Education in the academic year 1401; the statistical sample was selected from students of two faculties (Educational and Professional Sciences and Language and Literature). Their total number was 130 people, and based on the Cochran formula, 100 students were selected in a multi-stage cluster method to answer the questions of the questionnaires. The research tool was two types of questionnaires: the communication skills questionnaire prepared by Queen Dam, which has 34 items, and the self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al., which has 17 items. Data analysis was carried out using the computer software program (SPSS). The findings of this research show that there is a significant relationship between communication skills and self-efficacy; that is, with a decrease in communication skills, the self-efficacy of individuals also decreases.
